"Reprinted from Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation" No information on the magazine or journal in which this was published. Pages 14-16. "CHINTZ WORK" "By W. R. Dunton, Jr." This article is a discussion of a particular chintz album quilt (photo included) made in Baltimore in 1844. The quilt was owned by the City Art Museum, St. Louis, Missouri at the time the article was written. Dr. Dunton first saw a black and white photograph of the quilt in a clipping from the "Christian Science Monitor" dated September 4, 1945. Mrs. Catherine Filsinger provided information on the quilt - that it was presented to the City Art Museum "last year" by Mrs. Eugenie Papin Thomas of St. Louis.
