Lap Quilting Your Legacy Quilt is a handbook intended to guide you, step by step, toward completing your first quilt. My goal in teaching is for you to learn and understand quilting. This idea evolved in the classroom, knowing that my students wanted to learn the techniques involved in all traditional patterns, yet "quilt as you go" in smaller sections. The solution was found in lap quilting a sampler quilt- a way more compatible with today's life style. I dedicate this booklet to my students, each of whom has been a continual inspiration. |
