Description |
Medallion quilt in pinks and greens using the Marie Webster inspiration collection by Windham Fabrics, designed by Georgia Bonesteel. Center poppy medallion with a morning glory stripe, sawtooth and plain borders and corner blocks with rose print on point. Morning glory binding. Backing is cream muslin. Selvedge has been appliqued across the back, printed with the words "Windham Fabrics in Association with The Quilters Hall of Fame Presents The Marie Webster Collection by Georgia Bonesteel STYLE." The date "2009-2010 by Hazel Carter" is written in black pen in the lower proper left back corner. A muslin hanging strip is applied at the top and the bottom. |
