Blue three-ring plastic binder with correspondence, printed and handwritten records and samples from June 21-25, 1993 Wonderful Wearables: Unique Patckwork Clothing workshop presented at the Quilt Surface Design Symposium, Columbus, Ohio. Nancy Crow and Linda Fowler organized the symposium. a - Legal size envelope for Quilt Surface Design Symposium, containing items b through h b - 26 page brochure, 8.5" x 7.5" folded and stapled, orange paper, for symposium c - Registration form and confirmation, two pages stapled together. Registration form is on white paper, 8.5" x 11"; the confirmation is on orange paper, 8.5" x 5.5". d - Student information sheet, orange paper, 8.5" x 11" two sided. e - Press release, orange paper, 8.5" x 11". f - Student nametag, 3.5" x 2.25", white g - Meal ticket, heavy blue stock, 3.5" x 2.25" h - Two 3" square sheets of white paper with student notes regarding travel and lodging i - Workshop information sheet, white paper, 8.5" x 11" j - Symposium schedule, white paper, 8.5" x 11" k - Facility layout, white paper, 8.5" x 11" l - Color postcard, 4" x 6", of facility, the Pontifical College Josephinum m - Sample of couching and decorative stitches, multi-colored threads, ribbons and yarn on muslin, 9.75" x 7.25" n - Two muslin squares folded to 2" square anchored in the center by decorative beads or thread o - 22" of partially covered cord, knotted p - Pleated Christmas floral fabric, 9" x 3" q - Folded fabric triangle, 3" x 1.5" r - Printed fabric with batting and white backing quilted in meander stitch, 7" x 8" s - Shisha stitching in blue thread around a dime on two pieces of muslin, with needle attached, 7.5" x 6.5" t - 3/16" bias strip (created using a Celtic bar), mounted in an S shape on a folded piece of muslin, 6.25" x 9" u - Workshop handout guidelines, white paper, 8.5" x 11" v - Class roster and seating diagram, white paper, 8.5" x 11" w - Postcard from Virginia Avery to the student, mailed as a thank you after the workshop.
